Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where jili1 identifies duplicate Accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, suspend all related funds pending investigation, and withhold any outstanding withdrawals or bonus balances.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. jili1 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or SMS. You agree to:

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Withdrawals

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;

• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity through the Platform;

Intellectual Property

All content on the jili1 Platform — including but not limited to the jili1 name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and software, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of jili1 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jili1 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any jili1 content without prior written authorization from jili1.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jili1 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

jili1's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jili1 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. jili1 will use reasonable endeavors to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

Privacy & Data

jili1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jili1 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law, with payment processing partners for the purpose of completing transactions, and with fraud prevention and identity verification service providers.

Responsible Gaming

jili1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or resolving financial problems. jili1 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• A valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, jili1 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance. Where closure is initiated by jili1 for operational or regulatory reasons without fault on the Player's part, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may voluntarily close your jili1 Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance must be either withdrawn or the withdrawal process must be initiated. Amendments to These Terms

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jili1 support to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. jili1 will use good-faith efforts to resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.
